The End of All Things is at Hand

Scripture: 1 Peter 4

"But the end of all things is at hand; therefore be serious and watchful in your prayers." (1 Peter 4:7)

Two things to do in light of the end of all things being at hand:

1. Be serious - be of sound mind, exercise self-control (Thayer's).

2. Be watchful in your prayers - to abstain from wine (keep sober), be discreet (Thayer's).
