Scripture:  Luke 1:1-38

Three announcements.  Three out of the ordinary births.  Three very different responses.

Sarah laughed.  "Therefore Sarah laughed within herself saying, "After I have grown old, shall I have pleasure, my lord being old also?" (Genesis 18:12; NKJV).

Zacharias doubted.  And Zacharias said to the angel, "How shall I know this?  For I am an old man, and my wife is well advanced in years" (Luke 1:18; NKJV).

Mary submitted.  Then Mary said, "Behold the maidservant of the Lord!  Let it be to me according to your word" (Luke 1:38; NKJV).

Always remember Gabriel's words and submit to God's will for you:  "For with God nothing will be impossible" (Luke 1:37; NKJV).
